Q:[IPM-12002] How to upgrade the firmware via upgrade tool?

Please refer to the following steps to upgrade the firmware.
Step 1. Open the IPM upgrade Utility.exe and then the Discover button.

Step 2. Wait for a moment till the IP address is found. (If it can be discovered, please skip Steps 5 and 6.)

Step 3. Press the Modify button. Enter password and then press the “OK” button

Step 4. If IP address cannot be found after pressing the Discover button, please press the Add button.

Step 5. Please enter IP address, Username and Password, and then press the “OK” button

Step 8. Press the Upgrade button.

Step 10. Upgrade in progress.

Step 11. Upgrade has been finished.
