SAKIT URIP SUMOHARJO BANDARLAMPUNG TAHUN 2018

ABSTRAK

Latar Belakang : Gagal ginjal merupakan suatu keadaan klinis ditandai dengan penurunan
fungsi ginjal yang ireversibel, pada suatu derajat memerlukan terapi pengganti ginjal yang tetap
berupa dialisis atau tranplantasi ginjal. Saat menjalani hemodialisis biasanya pasien mengalami
perasaan ambivalen terhadap proses hemodialisis yang sementara dijalaninya yaitu positif berupa
bahagia yang diekspresikan secara bebas dan perasaan negatif meliputi kecemasan. Kecemasan
adalah suatu keadaan patologik yang ditandai oleh perasaan ketakutan diikuti dan disertai tanda
somatik.

Tujuan : Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbandingan tingkat kecemasan
pada pasien gagal ginjal kronis lama dan baru yang menjalani hemodialisis di RS Urip
Sumoharjo Bandarlampung tahun 2018

Metode : Penelitian ini berbentuk analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional.
Sampel penelitian ini adalah 134 pasien yang didapatkan dari perhitungan Total Sampling.
Analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon test.

Hasil : Hasil uji Wilcoxon test didapatkan p value = 0.003 < 0.05 yang berarti ada
perbandingan tingkat kecemasan pada pasien gagal ginjal kronis lama dan baru yang menjalani
hemodialisis di Rumah Sakit Urip Sumoharjo Bandarlampung tahun 2018.

Kesimpulan : Terdapat perbandingan tingkat kecemasan pada pasien gagal ginjal kronis yang
menjalani hemodialisis di RS Urip Sumoharjo Bandarlampung tahun 2018.

ABSTRACT
Background: Kidney failure is a clinical condition characterized by irreversible decline in
kidney function, to a degree requiring constant renal replacement therapy in the form of dialysis
or kidney transplantation. When undergoing hemodialysis, the patient usually experiences
feelings of ambivalence towards the hemodialysis process that is being lived while that is positive
in the form of happiness which is expressed freely and negative feelings include anxiety. Anxiety
is a pathological condition characterized by feelings of fear followed by somatic signs.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to know the comparison of anxiety level of the old and
new chronic kidney failure patients those have a hemodialysis in Urip Sumoharjo Hospital of
Bandarlampung in 2018

Methods: This study was an observational analytic study with a cross sectional approach. The
sample of this study was 134 patients by using Total Sampling. Data analysis using Wilcoxon test
analysis.

of anxiety level of the old and new chronic kidney failure patients those have a hemodialysis in
