THIS GIFT DEED is made and executed at Rawalpindi on this 28th day of
February 2008 between MR. TABBUSUM IKRAM S/O ALI AKBAR
R/O House No.12/11, Mohallah Shadman Colony, Rawalpindi Cantt.
(N.I.C No. 37405-3282051-9 (hereinafter called the “Donor/Attorney
holer” which expression shall include his legal heirs, successors-in-
interest, administrators, representatives and assignees) of the 1st PART.

AND
IN FAVOUR OF MST. TAHIRA FAZAL KHOKHAR WIFE OF
TABBUSUM IKRAM resident of R/O House No.12/11, Mohallah Shadman
Colony, Rawalpindi Cantt., (hereinafter called the “Donee” which
expression shall include their legal heirs, successors, representatives and
assigns) of the 2nd PART:

WHEREAS the donor of the first part is appointed at General Power of Attorney
Registered No.677, Book No.4, Volume No.46, Page No.52, Additional Book
No.4, Volume No.335, Pages No.168 to 169 attested by the office of Sub-
Registrar (U) Rawalpindi and is sole owner in possession of a House measuring
3 Marlas & 176-1/2 Feet, bearing No.40, vide Gift Deed No.532, Book No.1,
Volume No.1, Page No.266, Additional Book No.1, Volume No.6, on Butt
164/165 dated 13-07-1991, registered with Sub-Registrar, Rawalpindi and the
said House is constructed on an area measuring 3 Marlas, & 176-1/2 Feet,
situated at Kotha Kalan, within in the limits of Cantonment Board, Rawalpindi.

AND WHEREAS the above said house is bounded as under:-

In the East : Road

In the West : House owned by Sabir
In the North : Street
In the South : Plot of land owned by Tabassum Ikram

WHEREAS the donor of the first part with his own free consent have complete right
gifted out the above house with all its fittings and fixtures including land thereunder to
the Donee of the second part and whereas the Donee of the second part are the wife of
the donor and the donor of the first part has gifted out House No.40, measuring 3 Marlas
& 176-1/2 feet to the Donee of the second part for her love and affection.

AND WHEREAS the Donee of the second part is looking after the donor and due to her
love and affection the donor of the first part has gifted out the above said House to the
Donee, through his own free consent and Donee of the second part has accepted the
gift deed and the House gifted to the Donee is of the value of Rs.3,00,000/-

AND WHEREAS the donor of the first part has handed over the possession of the above
said House to the Donee of the second part at the spot and whereas the Donee of the
second part has accepted the proposal of gift made by the donor and the Donee of the
second part has accepted the possession of the above said House under the gift.

AND WHEREAS the Donee of the second part has becomes the full and absolute owner
of the above House, with all its fitting and fixtures including land thereunder.

AND WHEREAS the House gifted to the Donee is free from all sorts of encumbrances
charges and liens. The Donee of the second part shall be competent to utilize the said
House as its full and absolute owner.

IN WITNESS where of the Donor and Donee have signed this GIFT DEED date,
day and year mentioned above.
