Merupakan kemampuan petugas untuk melakukan pelayanan sesuai waktu yang telah ditetapkan, secara cepat, tepat, dan memuaskan dalam memberikan

pelayanan kepada pasien rawat jalan pada saat berkunjung ke Poliklinik Kebidanan. Variabel ini merupakan salah satu faktor yang menentukan kepuasan

pasien rawat jalan terhadap pelayanan dipoliklinik kebidanan RSUD Kecamatan Mandau.
