PEMETAAN KASUS FRAKTUR PADA PASIEN BPJS RAWAT INAP

BERDASARKAN WILAYAH, UMUR DAN JENIS KELAMIN DI RUMAH SAKIT
DR. ASMIR SALATIGA TAHUN 2018
Fraktur merupakan salah satu kasus yang termasuk dalam 10 besar
penyakit pada pasien rawat inap di Rumah Sakit dr. Asmir Salatiga tahun 2018.
Jumlah pasien BPJS Rawat Inap dengan kasus fraktur di Rumah Sakit dr. Asmir
Salatiga adalah 352 pasien di tahun 2016, 153 pada tahun 2017, dan 199 pada
tahun 2018. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan kasus fraktur pada pasien
BPJS rawat inap di Rumah Sakit dr. Asmir Salatiga tahun 2018 berdasarkan
kecamatan, umur dan jenis kelamin.
Penelitian deskriptif dilakukan untuk menggambarkan persebaran pasien
BPJS rawat inap dengan kasus fraktur berdasarkan wilayah kecamatan di Kota
Salatiga, umur, dan jenis kelamin. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala rekam medis
dan petugas analising/reporting. Objek penelitian ini adalah laporan kunjungan
pasien dengan kasus fraktur tahun 2018.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, jumlah kasus fraktur di RS dr. Asmir
Salatiga pada tahun 2018 adalah 199 dengan kasus tertinggi berada di
Kecamatan Tingkir (42,2% kasus). Kelompok umur pasien dengan kasus fraktur
yang paling banyak adalah kelompok umur 46 – 55 tahun (18,1%). Sebagian
besar pasien dengan kasus fraktur di wilayah Kota Salatiga adalah laki – laki
(55,6%).
Saran, Rumah Sakit sebaiknya melakukan pemetaan kasus faktur, agar
penanganan kasus tersebut lebih optimal dan lebih memudahkan petugas atau
atasan untuk mengambil keputusan lebih lanjut. Selain itu RS sebaiknya juga
melakukan sosialisasi tentang kasus fraktur kepada masyarakat khususnya untuk
masyarakat kelompok umur 46-55 dan laki – laki.

FRACTURE CASE MAPPING IN HOSPITALIZED BPJS PATIENTS BASED ON

SUB-DISTRICT, AGE AND GENDER AT DR. ASMIR HOSPITAL SALATIGA 2018

Fracture was one of the top 10 cases of disease in inpatients at Dr. Asmir
Hospital Salatiga in 2018. The number of BPJS inpatients with fracture cases at Dr.
Asmir Hospital Salatiga were 352 patients in 2016, 153 in 2017, and 199 in 2018. This
study aims to map fracture cases in BPJS inpatients at Dr. Asmir Regional Public
Hospital Salatiga in 2018 based on sub-district, age and gender.

Descriptive research was conducted to describe the distribution of BPJS patients

hospitalized with fracture cases based on sub-districts in Salatiga City, age, and
gender. The research subjects were head of medical record department and analyzing
/ reporting officers. The object of study was a report on patient visits with fracture
cases in 2018.

Based on the results of study, the number of fracture cases in dr. Asmir Hospital
Salatiga in 2018 was 199 with the highest cases being in Tingkir Sub-District (42.2% of
cases). The most age group of patients with fracture cases was the age group 46-55
years (18.1%). Most patients with fracture cases in the Salatiga City area were male
(55.6%).

Suggestions, The hospital should map fracture cases, so that the handling of its
case can be more optimal and makes it easier for officers or superiors to make further
decisions. In addition, The hospital should also carry out socialization about fracture
cases to the community, especially for male residents and aged 46-55 years old.
