Objective: to determine the correlation personal factors and resilience of efficacy with the Diabetes Burnout
syndrom in Diabetes Mellitus Patients. Methodology: Research method was correlational study with
crossectional approach. The sample size of 150 respondents with purposive sampling. The instruments used
questionnaires. Results: Based on the result, the majority respondents included 51-60 years old, female ang
long suffering from Diabetes Mellitus between 6 until 10 year. The result showed they have high category
resilience of efficacy (52,7%), and the majority (58%) have low category Diabetes Burnout Syndrome. The
results of research obtained, Diabetes Burnout syndrome have correlation with age (p=0,011), educational
background (p=0,000), long suffering Diabetes Mellitus (p=0,045) and resilience of efficacy (p=0,041).
Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between age, educational background, long suffering Diabetes
Mellitus and resilience of efficacy with Diabetes Burnout Syndrome.
