Sub: Sending of redemption amount through online transfer in my new
Account at AXIS BANK Bhadrak.
Sir,
I am to apprise you that I have a mutual fund account Reliance Mutual
Fund vide folio number - 440138384762 . At the time of starting of the mutual
fund my account number at AXIS BANK Bhadrak was SB912010050628071 .
Subsequently the said account became closed for lack of transaction and I
opened a new Account in same AXIS BANK Bhadrak whose number is
91801005 4265018 & IFSC Code No. UTIB0000398.
That, prior to application for redemption of mutual fund, application
in specified format was submitted to Reliance Capital Asset Management Ltd.
for change of Bank Account No. SB912010050628071 to New Account
918010054265018.
That a sum of Rs. 39,934.48 has been received by me vide account
payee Cheque No. 667128 (ICICI BANK) Dt.02.07.2019 in my old account No.
SB912010050628071 which has been closed. Instead of sending through new
account No. 918010054265018 at AXIS BANK Bhadrak. The redemption
amount could not be released from the account payee cheque received by me as
the old Account has been closed. I returned herewith the received cheque vi th
Xerox copy of PAN, New Bank Pass Book , one more filled in format for
change of Bank Account & Account statement of closed up Account.
I therefore request you to make online transfer of redemption amount
to my new account or to issue and send the fresh cheque in my new account on
my present postal address given below if online transfer is not allowed.
