Media sosial kini berkembang begitu pesat, sebagai sarana komunikasi, media
sosial juga menjadi media publikasi dan promosi bagi perusahaan. Citra perusahaan
bisa didapatkan dari presepsi pelanggan terhadap perusahaan tersebut, dan
pengukuran keberhasilan citra perusahaan bisa dilihat dengan teori Brand Image.
Brand Image dapat dipengaruhi oleh teknik dan strategi sosial media marketing. Sosial
Media Marketing membantu perusahaan dalam mempengaruhi dan mempromosikan
produk atau jasa secara spesifik sehingga pesan yang disampaikan sampai ke target
public. Instagram adalah media sosial yang sedang trend di kalangan masyarakat
Indonesia. Keberadaan instagram di manfaatkan perusahaan VJ Wedding Organizer
dengan akun instagram bernama @vj_wedding. Penelitian ini menggunakan
pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan metode survei dan menyebarkan 100 kuesioner
kepada responden yaitu followers akun instagram @vj_wedding. Dari penelitian ini,
dapat diketahui bahwa penggunaan media sosial Instagram berpengaruh terhadap
citra perusahaan VJ Wedding dan terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara media sosial
Instagram dengan citra perusahaan VJ Wedding Organizer.

Social media is now growing very rapidly, as a means of communication, social


media is also a media publication and promotion for the company. Corporate image
can be obtained from the customer perception of the company, and measure the
success of corporate image can be seen with Brand Image theory. Brand Image can
be seen by social media marketing techniques and strategies. Social Media Marketing
helps companies in leading and promoting products or services specifically so that
messages are traversed to the public target. Instagram is a social media that is a trend
among the people of Indonesia. The existence of instagram in use VJ Wedding
Organizer company with instagram account named @ vj_wedding. This research uses
quantitative approach, with survey method and spread 100 questionnaires to the
respondents who were Instagram account @ vj_wedding followers. From this
research, it is known that the use of social media Instagram affected VJ Wedding
Organizer company image, and there is a strong relationship between social media
Instagram with corporate image of VJ Wedding Organizer.
