My Tools
Borrow a curriculum from the school near your place. Accomplish the samples to show the
dimensions of curriculum design.

Lesson 5:Kinds
of Sentences
Lesson 6:Sentence
Pattern
Lesson 7: Cause-Effect
Relationships
CONTINUITY
Vertical repetition and recurring approaches of the content provide continuity.
Examples of topics in a subject area where content is organized in a spiral fashion
increasing in a breadth and depth.
In a particular subject matter, there are some instances that the past learnings must
reteach in the higher level because it is intertwined to the subject or it is a pre-requisit of a
certain topic. For example in English, the topic is Part of Speech. So, to discuss all the parts
of speech, you should organize first the part of speech to be discussed. Example, here are
the sequence, discuss first the noun, followed by pronoun, next is verb, followed by
adjective and then adverb and so on and so forth.
My Analysis
1. Why is there a need to articulate the lessons from grade school to high school?
Because all of the learnings that the students must acquire are needed in building an
individual with full of knowledge that he/she’ll needed in all aspects of life. And to
make the students from grade school to become aware of what he/she needs to
develop in order to fulfill the remaining room of learning.

As a teacher, I need to understand fully the dimensions of curriculum design because …
