(7) The Minister may by notice in the Gazette order that any foreign
corporation be restricted from carrying on any specified
business within Nauru and may by notice in the Gazette impose
conditions subject to which any specified business may be
carried on by a foreign corporation within Nauru.

and the Registrar shall register the corporation under this Part
by filing the documents.

the foreign corporation shall within one month after the change
or alteration lodge with the Registrar particulars of the change or
alteration and such documents as the regulations require.

lodged before that day, with the Registrar shall cease, and the
Registrar shall forthwith remove the name of that foreign
corporation from the register.
(2) The liquidator for Nauru so appointed shall get in all the assets
of the foreign corporation situate in or recoverable in Nauru and
shall, in so doing, have all the powers of a liquidator of a
corporation incorporated in Nauru.

(4) The provisions of this Act relating to the striking-off from the
register of the names of trading corporations shall, with such
adaptations as are necessary, extend and apply to foreign
corporations.
