1. Company´s description

“Nuestros Muebles" is dedicated to the production of furniture, specifically tables,

beds, chairs, sofas, among other related products. This company sells its merchandise

to other companies and belongs to the secondary sector.

It is also a company that has been working for more than 20 years in the furniture

market in Restrepo, it is currently managed for her administrator who has working for

the productivity and improvement .

3. FUNCTIONS

3.1.Administrator

He/she is the person in charge of company´s functions in the administrative process, he/she

takes the correct decisions to reach every single goal.

3.2.Sawyer

To optimize the performance of the raw material according to the production plan, so it

complies with the realization of a quality product.

3.3. Cabinetmaker

To design furniture creatively and with high quality, determining measures, colors, among

other aspects to be able to distribute them in the area.

3.4. Painter

To execute correctly the assigned painting tasks, conserving materials, tools and equipment;

permanently complying with the health and safety conditions of the position.

3.5.Quality Supervisor

Development of plans for the development of innovation in designs, exemplifying the quality

of furniture, examining them and recording controls.

3.6. sales manager

To Evaluate and ensure that the supply of raw materials, the products that are subcontracted,

the spare parts, among others have a continuity, thus it reduces the final cost of the products

taking into account the main objective.

Treasurer

To propose, manage and organize all actions related to the cash flow, taking into account the

continuous movements of the company and its participation in the incomes and outcomes of

resources; Technological, human and financial.

Seller

He/she is Specialized in the distribution of variety of products related to furniture, its

purpose is to get customer´s attention providing good productivity in the business.
