In X hospital there is a patient named Mrs. Rani, she is 65 years old who has asthma. At 8
AM, the nurse comes for giving an oxigen through cannula nasal on Mrs Rani who
frequently does Dsypnea

Nurse : “Good Morning”

Patient : “Good Morning nurse”
Nurse : “Let me introduce myself, I'm nita, nurse has a duty this morning at 8.00 AM
-14.00 PM. May I know what's your name?”
Patient : “Ok nurse, I'm Mrs. Rani”
Nurse : “ Can I check your RM number firstly?”
Patient : “Yes, please nurse
Nurse : “ Do you still remember when you were born?
Patient : “Yes nurse”
Nurse : “Tell me, please”
Patient : “11 March 1999”
Nurse : “Yes, rights. So, I come here for giving an oxigen in order to recover the
oxigenation status and filling the less of oxigenation in your body. Are you
ready?
Patient : “ Yes nurse, I am ready”
Nurse : “Okay, the next step is, firstly, I will clean your nose by using cotton bud,
next I will install canula nasal for giving oxigen. It's about 10 minutes”
Patient : “Okay nurse”
Nurse : “Do you have any questions?”
Patient : “No nurse, I understand”
Nurse : “Well then I will start the action, please cooperate?”
Patient :”Okay nurse”
Nurse : “Could you have a seat first?”
Patient : “Yes, I can nurse”
Nurse : “Excuse me nurse, now I will clean the dirt in your nose by using cotton
bud”
Patient : “Alright nurse”
Nurse :” Do you feel pain?”
Patient : “No nurse”
Nurse : “ Ok, I just finish to clean, now I will install the cannula nasal in your nose”
Patient : “ Ok, please nurse”
Nurse : “Excuse me Mrs.(Nita's nurse attaches a cannula nasal to the patient), Later if
you feel uncomfortable, you can tell me.”
Patient : “Oh, okay nurse”
Nurse : “Nurse: "Now the mother can breathe through the nose by breathing the air
coming out of the cannula nasal.
Patient : “Ok nurse”
Nurse : “Do you want to lie down or sit?
Patient : “I just want to lie down”
Nurse : “Ok, let me help you”
Patient : “Thanks nurse”
Nurse : “Yes, as I have finished to do the duty, I go back to my office now. Do you
have any questions before I go?
Patient : “No, I don’t nurse”
Nurse : “Ok if you dont have any questions, next 30 minutes I will go back for giving
you medicine.”
Patient : “Ok nurse, thanks for your help”
Nurse : “Ok, you’re welcome. Because you are so cooperative when I did the duty.
So, I go back to my office. Have a rest. See you and good morning madam
Patient : “Good morning nurse”

After giving oxigen through cannula nasal on mrs rani, the nurse go back to the office and
mrs rani has a rest
