OTHER ACTIVITIES:
13. The Para Legal Volunteers from the Faculty of Law, JMI
participated in a Community awareness programme for senior
citizens organized by the National Institute of Social Defence and
Anugraha an NGO on Oct 10, 2012 in collaboration with the Delhi
State Legal Services Authority (DSLSA) under my supervision. In
this programme, the Para Legal volunteers managed the help desk
and provided information about the activities of DSLSA. They also
performed a skit for creating awareness about the rights of Senior
Citizens under the Maintenance and Care of Parents and Senior
Citizens Act, 2000.

14. Attended a meeting (Deputed by the Dean) organized by the
Delhi Legal Services Authority at the Conference Hall,
Central Office, Pre Fab Building, Patiala House Court, New
Delhi at 3:00 p.m. on September 24, 2010 to work out the
modalities of setting up Legal Services Clinics where they do
not exists and to activate those that are already in place and to
involve students in voluntary Legal Services.
