The writing of this thesis aims to find out how effective the
imposition of punishment on perpetrators of child molestation according to
law number 17 of 2016 concerning child protection, the factors that cause
criminal acts of child abuse and efforts made by law enforcement officers
in tackling crime child abuse in bone district year. This research was
conducted at the Bone Resort Police Office and the District Court A
Watampone. Types of data are primary data and secondary data, primary
data obtained through direct interviews with competent response, in this
case investigators of Bone Resort Police, as well as the behavior and
victims of child abuse in Bone District. Secondary data obtained through
literature-literature are considered to be related to this study. The results of
the study show that (1) the effectiveness of imposing punishment on
perpetrators of child molestation has not been maximally run according to
what is expected. This is marked by the many cases of child abuse so that
people assume that the imposition of criminal sanctions on cases of child
abuse does not cause a deterrent effect. (2) Factors that led to the
occurrence of criminal acts of child abuse in Bone District in 2017 were
factor factors watching pornographic films, lack of understanding of
religious teachings, educational factors and environmental factors. The
efforts that have been carried out by the Police are Preventive Actions and
repressive actions.

Penulisan tesis ini bertujuan (1) Untuk mengetahui dan
menganalisis tentang pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi
kerja unit penyelenggara pelabuhan Kelas III Pattiro Bajo. (2) Untuk
mengetahui Upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan motivasi kerja
pegawai kantor unit Penyelenggara kelas III Pattiro Bajo.
Jenis data adalah data primer dan data sekunder, data primer
diperoleh melalui wawancara secara langsung denga responden yang
berkompeten. Data sekunder diperoleh melalui literature-literatur dan
berbagai buku, aturan-aturan hokum, dokumen-dokumen serta data
tertulis lainnya yang dianggap berhubungan dengan penelitian ini.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) gaya kepemimpinan
kepala kantor unit penyelenggara pelabuhan kelas III Pattiro bajo yang
telah diukur dengan dimensi otoriter, demokrasi dan Laizes faire berada
dalam kategori sedang, dominana ke demokratis berdasarkan analisis
deskriptif kualitatif. Gaya kepemimpinan kepala kantor Unit Penyelenggara
Pelabuhan Kelas III Pattirobajo mempunyai pengaruh positif dan cukup
signifikan. Pola hubungan tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa jika gaya
kepemimpinan sangat menentukan motivasi kerja pegawai staf Unit
penyelenggara pelabuhan kelas III Pattirobajo. (2) Upaya yang dilakukan
untuk meningkatkan motivasi kerja pegawai kantor unit penyelenggaran
pelabuhan kelas III Pattirobajo. Peningkatan tehnik Motivasi, Peningkatan

influence of leadership style on the work motivation of the port III unit of
Pattiro Bajo. (2) To find out the efforts made to increase the work

The results showed that (1) the leadership style of the head of the third
class port organizing unit Pattiro Bajo which had been measured by the
authoritarian, democratic and Laziest faire dimensions was in the medium,
dominant to democratic categories based on qualitative descriptive
analysis. The leadership style of the head office of the Class III Pattirobajo
Port Organizing Unit has a positive and significant influence. The pattern
of the relationship indicates that if the leadership style greatly determines
the work motivation of staff staff at the organizing unit of class III
Pattirobajo. (2) Efforts are being made to increase the work motivation of
