THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT WE, THE UNDERSIGNED SHIP & MARINE SURVEYORS, did,
at the request of M/s. Sarat Chatterjee & Co.(VSP) Pvt. Ltd., Paradip, the agents of the vessel
and with the knowledge & consent of the Master of the vessel attend on board, M.V.
“ROSHAK”, at Paradip on 11th November, 2018 and thereafter to carry out a bunker survey in
order to ascertain the quantity of bunkers remain on board the vessel.

We now report as-under:

AA. Soon after berthing of the vessel, we boarded the vessel at 0100 hrs on 11th November,
2018 & met the Master & Chief Engineer of the vessel respectively. We informed them
about our assignment & scope of work and thereafter carried out the “Bunker Survey”.

CC. BUNKER SURVEY ON BOARD:

The bunker survey was carried out on board the vessel on 11th November, 2018 along
with the Chief Engineer. We, in conjunction with the vessel’s Chief Engineer and 3rd
Engineer, recorded the soundings of all the Fuel and Gas Oil tanks & densities recorded
from load port bunker receipts, we calculated the quantities of Fuel Oil & Marine Gas Oil
on board at 0200 hours local time on 11th November, 2018. Our findings were as follows:

Draught: Forward / 10.90 M; Aft. / 11.80 M; Trim: 0.90 M by Stern; List: Nil.
