WRITTEN STATEMENT ON BEHALF OF OPPOSITE PARTY

MANASONIC PVT. LTD. CORPORATE OFFICE AND
REGISTERED OFFICE.

1. That the contents of preliminary para of the claim petition are not
admitted for want of knowledge and hence denied. It is also not admitted
that Manasonic Pvt. Ltd. in the alleged accident. It is also not admitted
that the Complainant sare entitled for any compensation. It is also not
admitted that the petitioners have any right or basis to file the present
petition.

2. That the details mentioned on the paragraph 2 i.e on 26th Dection the
television was purchased and the receipt bearing number MAP7788967
under the name of Mr. Vikram Kumar Singh was issued. And the
payment was done by Account Transfer in the account of Manasonic Pvt.
Ltd. bearing account number 20340350896, IFSC SBIN0007584.
3. That the contents of para 3 and 4 of the complaint are not admitted for
want of knowledge and hence denied. It is not admitted that Manasonic
Pvt. Ltd in the alleged incident. No fault regarding any television under
the bill number MAP7788967 or Name Vikram Kumar Singh was done
in our corporate office or Registered office.

4. That the content in the para 6 is not admitted, and hence denied. There is
no such television sold to the complainant which have a warranty period
of 1 year. The television sold to the complainant have a warranty period
of 6 months. The television sold by the defendant are either of 6 months
or 18 months.

5. That the content in para 7 is not admitted, and hence denied. The
televioson sold was not having a warranty period of 1 year and as the
complaint was never filed to our office so there is no issued raised under
negligent act on the part of the defendant.

6. It is denied that the defendant is liable to pay any compensation to the

complainant. It is also denied that the complainant are entitled for any
compensation It is wrong that the complainant are entitled for
compensation to the tune of below Rs. 20,00,000 /-. The complainant are
not entitled for any compensation from the defendant.

7. The petitioners are not entitled for the relief prayed for and the petition is
liable to be dismissed with cost against the answering opposite party.
