ABSTRACT
Based on the results of the study, the assessment of the reliability of the
Mahara Hotel building is in accordance with the SLF guidelines of the building
issued by the Dirjen Cipta Karya Kementrian PU. The result of the reliability
value of the Mahara hotel building shows that the total reliability value of the
building is not reliable, that is 66.75%. This is due to the lack of and / or
unreliable components, namely the utility and fire protection of 20.34% (not
reliable), and the accessibility component of 3.11% (not reliable). While the
results of the field test results for columns, beams, floor plates in the structure of
the Mahara hotel building using Schmidt Rebound Hammer Test Type -N34, the
average compressive strength results in the column 248.42 kg/cm2, beams 268.27
kg/cm2, and plates 192.14 kg/cm2 floor. The components of the floor plate
structure are of the low category, which is below those required by SNI 03-2847-
2002 for high rise buildings of 225 kg/cm2.
