Operational Method
How to Connect the antennae

Connect the antenna to the interface after opening the Packing box

1. Switch / Squelch knob:

· Switch clockwise to turn on the device

· Adjusting the received signal strength under the frequency Counter
mode

2. MultiPurpose Button
· Long Press the button for 2 seconds to change the working mode
·
The measurement frequency range can be changed by moving up or
down button through the multipurpose button under frequency
Counter Mode,and then click the multipurpose button to enter into the
measurement model. Frequency Range with 500Mhz and 3000Mhz
Optional. Less than 500Mhz signals measurement,please choose
RANGE 500MHZ,Less than 3000Mhz signals frequency measurement,
please move the switch to RANGE 3000MHZ.
· Under Cellphone Mode, the sensitivity (high, medium and low) can
be adjusted by up or down the multipurpose button. This mode is
used for detecting all the cellphone signals,including cellphone,3G
and 4G LTE signals in local.
·
Wide band mode.With 20 signal strength display.Moving up the
mulitipurpose buttons up or down to adjust the sensitivity .

· Press the multipurpose button to the left or the right to select the
vibrating,sounding, lighting and mute alarming display.

The device is under Frequency Counter mode once you switch on it,
the measured frequency range can be regulated by up or down
button in Frequency Counter mode multi purpose button: 500MHz
Bandwidth is to measure the range of 10 MHz to 0.5 GHz; 3000MHz
bandwidth is for measuring the range of 500 MHz to 3 GHz.
Pressing the multipupose button left or right can be used to choose
vibration, sound and light or mute warning mode. (default is muted
warning)
To measure the frequency of equipment, firstly, the transmiting
signal strength must be adjusted. Switching SQL switch,until the
signal indicating light is off. Move close to possible device, frequency
counter displays the reading (in this case the signal strength
indicator flashes)
While the equipment displays the reading, click multipurpose
button to Hold the reading ( LCD screen displays Hold icon)

· Press the multipurpose button for 2 seconds to enter cell phone

Mode. The sensitivity ( MAX :high, MED: medium,Min: low ) can be
adjusted by up or down button.

· Press the multifunction key left or right can change the vibration,
sound and light and mute warning display( the default is muted
warning)
· You should adjust test sensitivity base on need to test the phone
bands, mobile phone standard display bar indicates the strength of
the different signals

It will display the test cell phone frequency readings by switching

the frequency band

· Press the multipurpose button for 2 seconds to change to the

broadband wireless signal detection mode ,up or down button can
change the sensitivity , (there is 20 level can be selected)
· Pressing the multipurpose button left or right to select the vibration,
sound and light or mute warning mode( the default is muted
warning)
· This mode is used to detect the wireless unknown devices.The
unknown devices can be found quickly by regulating the detection
sensitivity and signal bars on the equipment.

Tips
1. Battery: HS-C3000 Plus is with the built-in rechargeable
lithium-ion battery,lasting working for 3 hours if fully charged
battery; Please use the supplied charging adapter if charging.
Full charged time is around 2 hours . In order to prolong the
battery life and avoid affecting the memory, please recharge after
battery runs out .The backup battery is suggested.

2. Signal input: The received signal must not exceed the allowed signal
strength! Must be complied with the technical index strictly
(Received signal strength range is -35~0dBm).Frequency
Counter is designed with the signal bars to regulate the
distance between the measured equipment and frequency counter
antenna. It is more appropriate that the signal bars on the device is
near full.

3. Antenna connection: Short antenna (for cell phone mode) , long

antenna (Wideband Mode and Frequency counter Mode)

4. Testing distance:It is optimum that LCD signal bars near full level
once Frequency Counter receives one type of signal. Generally, the
distance between car keys/remote control and frequency counter
antenna can be zero. While the distance between cell phone and
Frequency Counter is 0.1CM.For distance of Radio /Walkie Talkie
away from the Frequency Counter Antennae is around100CM.

Safety Precautions
Please read the following safety precautions carefully before operation:
Please turn off the device immediately and remove the power cord from
the power outlet if the following occurs.
· Electricity cut or unstable voltage .
· Machine emits unusual sound or smell.
· AC power cord is damaged.
· Equipment is damaged by dropping or hitting.
· Any liquid or objects have fallen within the enclosure.
Warning

· Do not use any power supply beyond AC 220V, 50Hz .

· Do not operate the equipment with wet hands , otherwise it
would lead to electric shock easily.
· Do not use device in heavy rain , especially when there is
lightening . Please remove the power cord to prevent lightning
strikes.

· Do not damage or modify the cable at random.

· Do not dismantle the device in any way , otherwise may cause

electric shock or fire. Any repairment should consult the professional
engineers.
