Terms and Conditions of Credit

1. These Terms and Conditions is a constitute part that are inseparable from Business Partner Credit Application form
that are subject to accomplish for any new potential Applicant.

2. The applicant acknowledge that the completion of this credit application does not constitute an offer of credit by
PT. INDOGUNA SARANA UTAMA (“INDOGUNA UTAMA”), and that INDOGUNA UTAMA may reject the
application for any reason.

3. The applicant agrees that it is not entitled to any credit facilities until it receives notice in writing from
INDOGUNA UTAMA stating that credit facilities have been given and confirming the terms and conditions upon
which such credit facilities are given. Until the Applicant receives such notice, any goods that are supplied by
INDOGUNA UTAMA to the Applicant shall be on basis of cash upon delivery.

4. Applications for credit facilities can only be considered upon receipt of a completed and signed application. The
granting of credit will be at our discretion, following a credit review. That will be continuously monitored over
time which will be subject to any changes thereof.

5. The applicant confirm that all of the information in this credit application is true and correct. And will notify
INDOGUNA UTAMA immediately if there is any change in any information set out in the application.

6. Payment by cheque, giro and other bills of exchange or promissory notes should be consigned to:

7. The Applicant expressly understood and agreed that this credit facilities may be withdrawn by INDOGUNA
UTAMA at any time without prior notice or due to any outstanding balance that occur. INDOGUNA UTAMA
reserves the right to review the extent, nature and duration of such facilities at all times.

8. Any expense and/or costs or disbursements incurred by INDOGUNA UTAMA in recovering any outstanding
monies including in the event of INDOGUNA UTAMA instructing attorneys to collect from the applicant an
amount owing to INDOGUNA UTAMA, the applicant with be liable for and agrees to pay all the costs on the scale
as between attorney and own client, including collection charges.

The signatory, acting on behalf of the applicant, accepts and agrees to the terms and conditions he acknowledges having
read and understood.
