SECTION 1

Safety Check

INSTRUCTIONS
Perform a Safety Check prior to each and every Drearms exercise.

It is absolutely imperative that you always know the status of each of your Drearms. You
must ensure that the Drearm's status mirrors the intended use.

Regardless of the Drearm’s condition or status, always treat every Drearm as if it were
loaded. Always keep Drearms pointed in safe directions, with your Dnger off the trigger
when not engaging your intended target.

For dry-Dre exercises, always ensure your Drearm and magazines are unloaded and there
is no ammunition anywhere near the dedicated dry-Dre area. Before each exercise, remove
and/or empty any magazine (internal or external) and triple check, with visual
conDrmation, that the chamber is completely clear of any ammunition. NEVER clear the
chamber of a semi-automatic weapon while a loaded magazine is still in the Drearm.

INSTRUCTIONS
Go through course of Dre once, before doing Heart Rate Elevation.
Set up course before starting Heart Rate Elevation.
Complete immediately after Heart Rate Elevation.
You can do all three weapon systems, just complete Heart Rate Elevation before each one.

PISTOL:
Emplace a NRA B-8(P) Target at 0-yard line.
Emplace two cones at the 10-yard line, 10-yards apart.
Starting at the 50-yard line, sprint to a cone at the 10-yard line. At the cone engage the
target with one shot while turning to the other cone. Keep the trigger depressed to the rear
and re-rack the slide. Re-establish grip, reacquire sights on target then release the trigger
just far enough to reset. Ensure focus remains on front sight post only while trigger resets.
Track the target with the sights and engage again once you reach the second cone.
Complete 5 iterations starting at the 50-yard line. Your rest is the time it takes to walk
back to the 50-yard line.

CARBINE:
Emplace a NRA B-8(P) Target at 0-yard line.
Emplace two cones at the 10-yard line, 10-yards apart.
Starting at the 200m line sprint (carrying at the high port) to a cone at the 10-yard line. At
the cone engage the 1” dot with one shot while turning to the other cone. Between the two
cones, charge the bolt and re-engage while reaching the second cone. Complete 5
iterations starting at the 200m line. Your rest is the time it takes to walk back to the 200m
line.

PRECISION RIFLE:
Emplace a 1” dot at 100yds.
From a prone position, complete 5 engagements, maintain complete focus on the reticle
only and take one well-aimed shot. Cycle the bolt through entire throw and maintain sights
on target. Ensure focus remains on reticle only while bolt is cycled. Continue for 5 total
iterations. Take no less than a two-minute break between every 5 iterations, and practice
drill no longer than 15 minutes.
