Comments & deviation on specification –

1) We have quote as per spec.
2) CT, PT ratio are tentative confirm during detail eng.
3) Degree of protection IP-4X for Indoor. IP -55 for outdoor application.
4) Control voltage for spring charging motor 230VAC. Tripping and closing coil will be 24VDC.
5) Breaker handing trolley is not required. Because is itself mounted on trolley.
6) Antipumping relay is inbuilt in Siemens breaker.
7) Sheet steel thickness. 2.mm for load bearing and 1.6mm for non-load bearing.

Our Commercial Terms & Conditions.

Price
The prices quoted are on Ex-Works Navi Mumbai basis and are FIRM.

Taxes & Duties

The Prices are exclusive of all taxes and duties, levies, octroi charges, which will be charged extra at
actually, as applicable at the time of dispatch. The present rate of excise duty is @ 12.5% and CST @
2% against Form C / VAT @12.5%.All statutory variations in these rates shall be borne by you.

Terms of Payments
30% Advance along with the order,
70% along with all Taxes & Duties with Sales Tax Declaration Form of any, against Proforma
Invoice before dispatch of Equipment. We shall raise Proforma Invoice along with inspection call.

Guarantee
We guaranty the equipment from manufacturing defect for free repair /replacement for a period of
12 month from date of commissioning or 18 month from date of dispatch, which ever is earlier

Delivery
Within 8-10 weeks from the date of receipt of approval of Drawings.

Freight & Insurance

Freight & Insurance charges shall be borne by the Purchaser.

Packing & Forwarding

The prices quoted up inclusive of Packing & Forwarding charges.

Validity
30 Days from Date of Offer.
