This is to certify that this court rendered the decision in the above entitled case dated January 1
2020, the dispositive part of which reads as follows

Wherefore the petition is DENIED for the ground that it does not constitute a cause of
action and DISMISSED in the same ground as stated. The Plaintiff is then ordered to pay the Moral
damages of Php 100,000 and Exemplary damages of Php 50,000 as well as the Lawyer’s fee of
Php 25,000 plus appearance fee of Php 5,000.
