each Leo Club (1 award per club – Refer to separate application form)
• SENIORITY AWARDS – Total Years of Membership & Minimum Volunteer Hours to qualify
(Bronze - 1 year 50 hours, Silver - 2 years 100 hours, Gold - 3 years 150 hours, Platinum – 4
years 200 hours, Diamond – 5 years and up 250 hours)

Minimum volunteer hours to be considered for Hwarang of the Year and President’s Award will be
300 hours and minimum GPA is 3.0. All other awards will require 50 minimum volunteer hours
and 2.75 GPA.

PLEASE INDICATE ALL AWARDS APPLYING FOR ON TOP. ALL AWARDS WILL BE JUDGED BY THE AWARD COMMITTEE BASED
ON A POINT SYSTEM USING VOLUNTEER HOURS, SCHOOL GRADES, PAST HWARANG LEO AWARDS AND OFFICER
EXPERIENCE. ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED WITH APPLICATION WILL BE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION AND APPROVAL BY THE
COMMITTEE.
