The Chief Engineers/ Superintending Engineers are hereby
requested to send the required particulars such as Suitability report, Service
and DP in respect of the Assistant Executive Engineers referred to in Annexure
duly filled in, in the prescribed Format in Triplicate to this office on (or)
before 30.11.2019, so as to send the same to the Secretary/TANGEDCO, for
preparation of panel for promotion to the post of Executive Engineer/Electrical
for the year 2019-2020.

2) The particulars regarding punishment imposed, if any, against

them during the last 10 years may also be furnished. If so, the copies of the
same should be furnished . In case DP initiated , if any, against them after
sending the said particulars, the same should also be sent without fail.

3) It may also be ensured that the names of Assistant Executive

Engineers who have expired/retired/Voluntarily retired/resigned on the crucial
date i.e 01.04.2019 are not included in the said list which fact may be furnished
in a separate list.

4) No Column should be left as blank.

5) No further extension of time will be entertained.
6) This matter may be treated as most urgent.
