Sabha should pay attention to her Classroom

management. When she had done the activities,
she has to catch the attention of the students to be
able to listen to her instructions.
Topic for the lesson & Learning Outcomes:

Food chain

Explain that all organisms depend on each other for food and energy to survive.

strategies that have been used.

Sabha praised the students when they do
something correctly.
Sabha asks the students to clap their hands when
someone answers correctly.

For the emergent level, Sabha provided the students
with some visual aids. She provided them with pictures
in a puzzle the students will put them in order to
depend on the food chain.

Sabha was a smile at the students and motivate
them to work.
Those strategies helped the students to feel
confident to answer any questions and participate
in the class.
Next time, Sabha can give the students a sticker
or treats to encourage many students to participate
in the class.
For developing level, she gave each of them a set of
strips, each containing one image. The student must
arrange the food chain in order.
For the master level, students have had a set of white
papers. The students were creating a food chain by
drawing a picture of each part from start to finish by
using paper.
The students found it easy to work on these activities
because it was related to their academic levels.

But, She could provide the students will more

challenging activities for master level, such as giving a
 specific producer, so they will stick into specific
consumers.

This a useful assessment that I have done, I feel happy to be an observer and see what the observee doing
and evaluate the way how she teaches. Sabha felt confident that one of her age is evaluating her teaching.
She felt that she can take her feedback friendly, and discuss how to improve her teaching. Sabha expects the
feedback that I gave her and understand her weaknesses. She agreed with open arms welcomed for my
evaluation. Sabha understands what the action plan for her next lesson. She will make a clear question for
the students to ask during the lesson. At the end of this evaluation, we saw this experience is so valuable for
me and Sabha. For me, I see clearly what thing that I can’t see when I’m in teacher position. It’s helped me
to see how can I improve classroom management. For Sabha, she learned how to come up with effective
classroom management to keep the students quiet and listen to her.
