1. DEAD LOAD (BEBAN MATI)

LOAD CONDITION 1 (LC1)


Berat sendiri struktur dihitung secara otomatis oleh program komputer
berdasarkan properti dari tiap batang.

Balljoint, endcones dan lainnya = 10 kg/joint

Beban mati pada Atap :


- Metal Sheet = 8 kg/m2
- Insulasi = 3 kg/m2
- Ceiling = 8 kg/m2
- Gording = 8 kg/m2

Beban kaca pada bagian tengah space frame


- Kaca T= 10 mm = 25 kg/m2

Angin Hisap (Uplift)


Beban Angin Dasar = 40 kg/m2
Koefisien Angin Hisap = 0.02 * Alpha – 0.4
= 0.02 * 4 – 0.4 = - 0.32 < 0.4
Koefisien Angin Hisap menentukan = 0.4

4. EARTHQUAKE (ANALISA GEMPA STATIS)

Atap Space Frame Semarang termasuk dalam gempa zone. Perhitungan gempa
statis menggunakan koefisien gempa dasar zone dua dengan asumsi struktur di
atas tanah lunak sebagai berikut:

Spesifikasi atau istilah kualitas baja di bawah ini disesuaikan dengan istilah kualitas
yang diberikan oleh produsen bahan baja.

1. Member atau Batang Pipa .

Didisain mampu menahan gaya tarik dan gaya tekan, serta momen akibat berat
sendiri.
Kualitas baja = JIS G3101 SS 400
Tegangan Leleh = 2500 kg/cm2

2. Endcones/Conus/Ujung Pipa.

Didisain mampu menahan gaya tarik dan gaya tekan.


Kualitas baja = JIS G3123 SGD 41.

3. Bolt/Baut.

Didisain mampu menahan gaya tarik.


Kualitas baja = T 8.8 (DIN 931 dan DIN 933)

4. Hexnuts/Pengunci Baut.

Didisain mampu menahan gaya tekan.


Kualitas baja = JIS G3123 SGD 41

5. Balljoint/Node/Bola Baja.

Didisain mampu menahan gaya tarik dan gaya tekan.


Kualitas baja = CK 45 dengan DIN 17200

BLOCK SISTEM,yaitu sistem dimana space frame dirakit


menjadi satu block besar atau kecil di ground dan diangkat
dengan menggunakan crane ke lokasi yang diinginkan.

SPIDER SYSTEM yaitu cara perakitan space frame dengan


menggunakan crane atau orang dimana space frame dirakit
satu bola dengan dua atau tiga member diground dan
disambung diatas

INSTALLED ROOFING SHEET
• ROOFING SHEET IS MANUFACTURE IN JAKARTA WITH CUTTING LENGTH AROUND 11 TO
1,5 M according to transportation length
• Material packing in wooden : one pack consist of 20 to 25 sheet
• Material will be lifting bi crane to roofing using transversal frame in order to prevent the sheet from
bending due own weigth
• Number of sheet allow stack in one place is maximum 10 pcs ( 50kg/linier meter)
• Transfer the sheet on top of roof is using manila roof and temporary fixing to purlin
DEFLECTION MEASUREMENT
• DETERMINED THE JOINT OBSERVATION ( 20 JOINT)
• CHECK ON THE ENGINEERING DEFLECTION OF JOIN
ACCORDING TO LOAD INCREMENT ( DL; LL;WL ETC)
• MEASURE THE OBSERVATION JOINT DEFLECTION ON SITE
• COMPARE TO THE ENGINEERING CALCULATION IF NOT
PASSSED THE REQUIREMENT THEN TIGTHENING THE EVERY
JOIN BY DO JACKING ON THE TEMPORARY SUPPORT.
• THIS PROCES WILL BE REPETEDLY UNTIL THE DEFLECTION
• PASSED THE CALCULATION CRITERIA.
• REMOVE THE TEMPORARY SUPPORT AND CLEAR THE AREA
