I am a police officer for the City and County of Denver, Colorado, and have knowledge regarding the arrest/incident of the above
named party for the below listed offense, which offense occurred on or about the date of 12/06/2019 at 6:30 pm at or near the
location of 2330 N BROADWAY ST in the City and County of Denver, State of Colorado.

The probable cause of the arrest of the above-named individual is as follows:

[On 12-06-19 at 1830hrs, Police were dispatched to the 9th floor at 2330 N Broadway St., on a threats in progress. This is in the City and
County of Denver. Multiple callers told dispatch that the male from unit # was going up and down the hall threatening that he was going to kill
people.

The male was going up and down the hall, in and out of his apartment , slamming the doors over and over. He was described as a black
male, 30's, 5'9 and thin.

When we arrived on scene, there was nobody in the hall so I knocked on the door at unit and identified myself as "Denver Police". The
male's voice inside answered by yelling He continued by yelling for us to and that we don't have
a warrant. The male, who was later identified as HENRY, David DOB/09-03-85, and he was yelling that
. David then made comments about . David also said that

While we were still standing outside of David's apartment door, we heard him barricading furniture against the front door. Then we heard several
gun shots from inside his apartment (estimated 5 shots). We were able to back up to the ends of the hall. Sgt Nelson notified Metro SWAT, who
responded.

We stood by while negotiations and Metro SWAT took over the scene until 2328hrs. David was taken into custody by Metrol SWAT. As David
was walked by me,

There was damage to the cement ceiling inside his apartment, just inside the front door that looked consistent with a bullet hitting it.

The apartment was held for detectives to search more thoroughly with the warrant that they had obtained.]
