 WHAT IS BIM ?

• BIM (BUILDING INFORMATION MODELLING

• BIM is a digital repsesentation of physical and functional
characteristics of a facility. A BIM is a shared knowledge
resource for information about a facility farming a reliable
basis for decisions during its lifecycle ; defined as existing
from earliest coception to demolition.
 BIM IS A MUST ?
• 2019 (LEVEL 0) - Mayoritas Industri sudah meninggalkan ini - Output &
Distribusi desain via kertas/printer
• 2020 (LEVEL 1) - Kolaborasi antar divisi masih terbatas - Umumnya organisasi
beroperasi pada level ini
• 2022 (LEVEL 2) - Bekerja secara kolaborasi - Kolaborasi dapat digunakan
dengan pertukaran informasi antar pihak
• 2024 (LEVEL 3) - Menghilangkan resiko konflik infromasi - Kolaborasi penuh
antar stakeholder

• - Terlaksananya pembangunan infraPUPR yang menggunakan BIM - Meningkatnya
competitiveness industri konstruksi nasional
