GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR WORKING IN THE MARK PROJECT

WORKING PERMIT

Means the document to be approved by Facility Manager for each third party intervention in the
Property, in accordance with the approved standard model; approval of the work permit will be
required so that the approval can take place at least 24 hours prior to access to the Building for
intervention. The work permit must be duly completed by the applicant. Access agreements that are
incompletely completed or contain missing information will not be approved.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Any work that involves noise, dust, or material that releases strong odors is only allowed between
10:00 pm and 7:00 am on weekdays and at any time on weekends or legal holidays with the prior
agreement of Facility Manager (which can not be denied or delayed unjustifiably).

All work must be carried out in accordance with the applicable health and safety regulations and other
applicable provisions of the Legislation and require prior consent of the Owner. The work permit
applicant must ensure that his subcontractors have the appropriate qualifications and authorizations
required by law and that they comply with the instructions issued by the security firms within the
company and cooperate with the technical staff of the property.

Any work related to property systems and installations can only be performed by entities designated
and accepted by the Owner. It is forbidden to stop the safety and life protection and safety systems
without the Owner's prior consent and supervision. Any unauthorized work by the Owner related to
the systems and installations of the Project or other systems and installations that serve the entire
Building is strictly forbidden.

No work or perforation of structural elements and facade profiles of the property is permitted.

Do not apply or insert nails or screws to the exterior or floor finishes or paint or otherwise damage
the appearance of the property or any part of it or any elements of the durable finish.

It is strictly forbidden to produce noise or take any measures within the property which, in the Owner's
opinion, could violate the tenants' rights or may expose them to inconvenience or discomfort.

It is strictly forbidden to store and operate any mechanical devices that produce loud noises, vibrations
that interfere with the reception of radio waves or television signal or other similar signals, or which
may interrupt or disturb tenants or persons occupying other parts of the property adjacent or
adjacent.

MINIMUM INVASIVE PRINCIPLE

It means that third parties carry out the activities mentioned in the work permit in the most efficient
way and in an optimal time so as to avoid as much as possible the discomfort or interruption of the
activities or the tenants in the Property.
Any activity that may interfere with the peace, security, the current use and / or functionality of the
equipment and / or property spaces and / or any section of the property and / or the functionality of
the other proprietary services of any kind, including tenants in the Property.

The storage or use of Dangerous Materials (as defined below) and / or property such as: hazardous,
contaminating or polluting substances, toxic or waste materials, infectious materials, petroleum or
asbestos-based products or materials containing asbestos and other similar substances ("Dangerous
Materials").

The work permit applicant undertakes to perform the activities / works with maximum diligence,
according to the requirements implied by the nature of the services and according to a professional
level comparable to that used by Eastern European companies for similar services.

The applicant for work permit undertakes to recover at his own expense and own resources any
damage / breakage (including fire protection) from the Property resulting from the works performed
by him or his subcontractors.

It is forbidden to store or operate mechanical devices that produce loud noises, vibrations that
interfere with the reception of radio waves or television signals or other similar signals, or that may
interrupt or disturb the owners or persons occupying other parts of the property, the adjacent areas
or adjacent.

It is forbidden to overload the floor (maximum loads are defined in the property project), to suspend
any heavy weights of the ceiling, roof, columns, structural elements or walls or overload any device
that works for the above.

It is forbidden to dislodge any kind of oil, lubricant or toxic substance, adhesives or substances that
can cause blockages or become dangerous, can damage pipes or property leakage system or any part
of the property.

It is forbidden to abandon any garbage, waste, empty packaging of any kind, other than in suitable
containers, or to incinerate any garbage or waste within the property.

The applicant for work permit undertakes to separate household rubbish at his own expense and own
resources, before placing it in the garbage containers located on the ground floor of the building.

It is forbidden to use the lifts within the property for the disposal / transport of the garbage, except
for the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., outside the working hours. During working hours (between
7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.), garbage transportation will be done only using stairs.

Garbage resulting from the maintenance, repair and demolition work carried out in the property may
not be stored in the facilities for landfill of the property. The applicant for the work permit will have
to agree in advance with Facility Manager how to collect and remove this garbage.

It is forbidden to block or cause damage to any access road, platform, alleyway or other area within
the adjacent property or property, and no action that may otherwise affect their normal use by others.
It is strictly forbidden to stop / park the vehicles in front of the entrances / exits of the Property, or in
front of the facilities for common use.
Any supply of furniture and equipment or materials must take place outside of the program hours of
the property, i.e. between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. The Facility Manager may provide certain routes
and traffic regulations for such deliveries.

The entrance of trucks and delivery vehicles into the Property is allowed only through the entry paths
assigned to this purpose.

It is forbidden to carry out loading or unloading operations of any products delivered to or dispatched
from the property outside the area allocated for this purpose.

The service / freight elevators will be used to move or deliver heavy or large goods to and from the
building.

Lifts shall not be used for the transportation of materials, furniture and equipment without the prior
consent of Property Manager. In any circumstances, for the above-mentioned elements, the applicant
for the permit must ensure the adequate protection of the lifts.

Speed in parking lots is limited to 5 km /h.
