EXPLANATION WHY FILING IS NOT DONE PERSONALLY

I, BRYAN JAY NUIQUE, counsel for plaintiff, is unable to file the

Complaint personally before this Honorable Court, due to:

1. On this date of filing of Complaint of Unlawful Detainer, June 26,

2018, I have a scheduled hearing before the Regional Trial Court, Branch
47, in Dumaguete City.

2. Failure to immediately file the complaint would be prejudicial to the

interests of the plaintiff for reason of prescription.
