DENGAN KEPUASAN PASIEN RAWAT INAP III DI RSI PATI

ABSTRAK
Latar Belakang: Kepuasan pasien adalah suatu tingkat perasaan pasien yang
timbul sebagai akibat dari kinerja layanan kesehatan yang diperolehnya setelah
pasien membandingkan dengan apa yang diharapkannya. Perawat sebagai tenaga
yang profesional mempunyai kesempatan paling besar dalam memberikan
pelayanan kesehatan. Sikap dan komunikasi teraupetik perawat terhadap pasien
akan berdampak terhadap kepuasan pasien.
Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan sikap dan teknik
komunikasi terapeutik perawat dengan kepuasan pasien rawat inap III di RSI Pati
Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-
sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 36 responden dengan
menggunakan teknik sampel purposive sampling. Uji statistik yang digunakan
adalah rank spearman.
Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap perawat sebagian besar cukup
sebanyak 23 (63,9%) responden, teknik komunikasi teraupetik sebagian besar
cukup yaitu sebanyak 22 (61,1%) responden, kepuasan pasien sebagian besar
adalah puas sebanyak 28 (77,8%) responden. Hasil uji statistic didapatkan nilai p
value 0,005 sehingga dapat disimpulkan ada hubungan yang signifikan sikap
dengan kepuasan pasien (p value 0,005 < 0,05), dan nilai p value 0,008 sehingga
dapat disimpulkan ada hubungan yang signifikan komunikasi teraupetik dengan
kepuasan pasien (p value 0,008 < 0,05).
Kesimpulan:Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan sikap dan
teknik komunikasi terapeutik perawat dengan kepuasan pasien rawat inap III di RSI
Pati.

THERAPEUTIC COMMUNICATION WITH PATIENT SATISFACTION OF
PATIENTS IN ROOM III RSI PATI

ABSTRACT

Background: Patient satisfaction is a level of patient feeling that arises as a result

of the performance of health services obtained after the patient compares with what
he expected. Nurses as professionals have the greatest opportunity to provide
health services. Nurse's therapeutic attitude and communication towards the
patient will have an impact on patient satisfaction.
Purpose: This study aims to determine the relationship of attitude and technique
of nursing therapeutic communication with patient satisfaction of patients in room
III RSI Pati
Method: This type of research is quantitative descriptive with cross-sectional
approach. The sample in this study were 36 respondents using purposive sampling
technique. The statistical test used is the Spearman rank.
Results: The results showed that most nurses' attitudes were enough as many as
23 (63.9%) respondents, most therapeutic communication techniques were
sufficient that were as many as 22 (61.1%) respondents, patient satisfaction was
mostly satisfied as many as 28 (77.8%) respondent. Statistical test results obtained
p value 0.005 so that it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship
between attitude and patient satisfaction (p value 0.005 <0.05), and p value 0.008
so that it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between
therapeutic communication and patient satisfaction (p value 0.008 <0.05).
Conclusion: The conclusion of this research is there is relationship of attitude and
technique of nursing therapeutic communication with patient satisfaction of
patients in room III RSI Pati
