Subject: Offer of Appointment as a Relationship Manager

Dear Smruti,

With reference to your application and subsequent interview with us, we are pleased to appoint you
as Relationship Manager in our organization on the following terms and conditions.

1. Date of Joining: You will be joining us on 29 May 2019.

2. Role and Responsibility: As a Relationship Manager you will be responsible for marketing
the Services/ Products to new prospective clients. Your role would comprise of:

1.Making Sales Pitch to potential clients


2.Relationship Management with existing customers
3.Co-ordination with Mentors and Experts for product development
4.Create a Marketing Plan to target the entire Ecosystem
5.Meet the Business Goals

3. Probation/Confirmation: You will be on a Probation period for Six months. Based on your
performance your services will be confirmed with the company after six months. If your services
are found satisfactory during the probation period, you will be confirmed in the present position
and thereafter the terms of employment will be applicable as per the prevailing policies of the
company.

3. Salary: Your Annual Total Employment Cost to the Company would be Rs. 3,00,000.00
(Rupees Three Lakhs Only). The details are as below:

5.Leave: You will be eligible to the benefits of the Company's Leave Rules on your
confirmation in the Company's Service. On confirmed employment, you will be eligible for 12
days of Privilege/ Earned Leave and 6 days of Casual Leave in a Calendar Year.

6. Separation: Everyone working with us appreciates the importance of Business Continuity


Planning in an organization. You will give a minimum notice period of 40 business days (at
CTS)/ 60 business days (at Client Site) to the company, and will follow the HR policies in case
of Separation from the company. During the probation or on confirmed employment the
employees’ services can be terminated by the Company with 20 business days’ notice without
any reasons whatsoever. Incase of a shorter notice period, the salary would be adjusted
accordingly.

7. Your place of work can be at one of the clients of Convergent, or at the Office of CT. During
the course of the service, you shall be liable to be posted/ transferred anywhere to serve any
of the company Projects or any other establishment in India or outside, at the sole discretion
of the Management. In case of an onsite engagement, where it is assumed that the place of
reporting will be the client office, instead of CT for the entire duration of the project, any
employee who is deployed at the client office for more than a month is not eligible for any
local travel allowance. In case of need-based travel, you are eligible for local conveyance as
per the company’s Local Travel Policy.

8.Integrity and Business Ethics: The values of the company is based on the highest level of
ethics, trust and credibility in corporate governance and it’s conduct with its employees,
customers, investors, suppliers and all other stakeholders. You are required to keep the ethical
standards high for the Company in all forums.

9. Your next performance evaluation and associated changes in Job Responsibilities and Salary
will be applicable from June 2020.

10.Background Verification: Please note that offer is subject to submission of satisfactory


documents establishing your identity, employment eligibility and reference check. In case you
need any clarification regarding your job, salary and policies then please contact the
undersigned.

As a part of joining process you are requested to bring the following documents on the date
of joining:

1. Degree / Diploma / Certificate of highest qualification along with marks card.


2. Photocopy of Passport
3. Three Recent passport size photographs.
4. Pan Card/Driving License/Voter Card
5. Appointment and Relieving Company Letter from last company
6. Last three months salary slips

We trust that you have not provided us with any false declaration or have willfully suppressed
any material information. If you have, then you are liable to be removed from employment
without any notice or benefit. Your employment terms may be specifically legally enforced, if
required in this connection. If any of the provisions of this agreement are found / declared
void or unenforceable for any reason whatsoever, the remaining provisions shall continue in
full force and effect.

You are also required to sign the “Undertaking for Maintaining Business Ethics and Business
Continuity” document along with the Appointment Letter. Please send an acknowledgement
of this letter by signing the duplicate copy of this letter to indicate your acceptance of the
offer.
