Prosedur ini digunakan sebagai acuan dalam proses pekerjaan pengecatan untuk material Space Frame di workshop
pada proyek Pembangunan DOME COAL YARD PLTU PANGKALAN SUSU.

C. GENERAL

 Permukaan yang telah teraplikasi pengecatan intermediate ,harus dijaga dalam proses pengangkatan dan
penurunan material dari truk
 Permukaan yang telah dilakukan pengecatan,harus dijaga dalam proses transportasi pengiriman material.

1. SCOPE

1.1 Prosedure ini akan digunakan untuk acuan dalam proses pekerjaan pengecatan finish/top coat untuk space frame
material di lapangan.

2. Persiapan Awal Pengecatan

2.1 Persiapan pembuatan temporary site shop untuk proses pengecatan.

2.2 Persiapan permukaan pipa material yang akan dilakukan pengecatan,harus bersih dari oli,solar dan debu.
2.3 Pipa material yang akan dilakukan pengecatan harus berada diatas zig/balok.untuk menghindari kontak
langsung dengan lantai atau tanah.
3. Aplikasi Pengecatan

3,1 Pengecatan finish/top coat menggunakan Deep Blue Sea IV product dari Century paint
3.2 Dalam pelaksanaan pengecatan finish dilapangan,kita akan menggunakan Hand spray system/semprot sesuai
dengan gambar berikut :

5.1 Untuk inspeksi hasil pengecatan,akan dilakukan secara visual

6.Repair Pengecatan

6.1 Pada permukaan yang mengalami cacat akibat,pengangkatan,transportasi/lansir lapangan ,ataupun akibat
cacat/kerusakan yang lain.maka proses repair yang akan kita lakukan adalah dengan system touch up,untuk
langkah pengerjaannya adalah sbb:

-Pemeriksaan pada titik cacat/kerusakan pengecatan,

-pembersihan permukaan material yang terdapat cacat dengan menggunakan amplas
-pengecatan ulang dengan menggunakan roller cat atau hand spray painting.

7.Painting Storage

7.1 Tempat penyimpanan material cat dan thiner,harus terlindung langsung dari sinar matahari langsung.
7.2 Sediakan APAR [alat pemadam api ringan].
