The following spoke during the vote:


 Mrs Terrón i Cusí moved, on behalf of the PSE Group, an oral amendment to compromise amend-
ment 119 which Mr Crowley opposed.
The President established that more than 11 Members were opposed to voting on this oral amend-
ment which was therefore not taken into account.
She also established that there was no objection to putting compromise amendment 119 to the vote.
