TERRITORIAL ADJUSTMENT AND CREATION OF NEW
UNION MISSION

RECOMMENDED, To adjust the North and South Mexican Union Conference territories and to
create a new union mission, effective May 15, 2001, as follows:

1. The North Mexican Union Conference will be composed of the Baja California
Conference, Metropolitan Conference, Northeast Mexican Conference, Northwest Mexican
Conference, Gulf Mexican Mission, North Mexican Mission, and West Mexican Mission.

2. The South Mexican Union Conference will be composed of the Central Chiapas
Conference, North Chiapas Conference, Mayab Conference, Soconusco Conference, and
Tabasco Conference.

3. A new union mission, the Inter-Oceanic Mexican Union Mission, will be

composed of the South Pacific Conference, Hidalgo Veracruz Conference, South Veracruz
Conference, Central Mexican Mission, Oaxaca Mission, and Olmeca Mission.

SOUTH AMERICAN DIVISION—SUPPLEMENT TO SPANISH AND
PORTUGUESE EDITIONS OF CHURCH MANUAL

VOTED, To grant authority to the South American Division to prepare a supplement for
inclusion in the Spanish and Portuguese editions of the Church Manual, for use in the South
American Division, with the understanding that the supplement will contain a translation/
adaptation of material contained in the North American Division Church Manual supplement,
plus a passage on "The Wedding Ceremony," as approved by the Administrative Committee (see
ADCOM 91-176).
