At first, I would like to thank almighty Allah for giving me the opportunity to complete my
internship report. I also want to thank all the people who have given their support and assistance
and extremely grateful to all of them for the completion of the report successfully. Jagannath
University and Agrani Bank Limited both provided me with enormous support and guidance for
my internship program to be completed successfully.
Preparing this report was exiting and hard work at the same time. It is for the 1st time that I have
been able to gather real life experience working on a report.
I would like to give my heartiest gratitude to Mr. Bidyut Kumar Balo, Assistant Professor,
Department of Marketing, Jagannath University, and my internship supervisor for his kind
concern, valuable time, advice, endless effort and guidance throughout the internship period and
making of the report.

I am also grateful to General Manager of Agrani Bank Limited, Jatrabari Branch Mr. Habibullah
Chowdhury (GM) and Senior Manager Mr. Abul Kalam Azad (SM) for giving me their valuable
time and co-operate with me by providing all necessary papers, documents and information in
carrying out the study.

I heartily thank to Mr. Md. Ahmed Kabir (O) & Mrs. Kamrun Nahar (AO) for their constant
guidance and valuable suggestion from time to time. I am also indebted to all officers of all
Division of Agrani Bank Limited for their sincere co-operation and who helped me to learn about
banking during my internship. It would not possible to prepare the internship report without their
help and valuable advice and instruction.

I am thankful to the entire faculty member for their teaching and also thankful to my entire friend
and batch mates for their help in completing the project work.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Banking sector is expanding its hand in different events every day. At the same time the banking
process is becoming faster, easier, and the banking area becoming wider. As the demand for better
service increases day by day, they are coming with different innovative ideas and products. In
order to survive in the competitive field of the banking sector, all banking organization are looking
for better service opportunity to provide their fellow clients. As a result, it has become essential
for every person to have some idea on the bank and banking procedure. Agrani Bank Ltd. believes
in the vision of together, towards, tomorrow. To achieve the desire goal the bank is showing the
excellence at all stages with a climate of continuous improvement. Banks strategic plans and
networking will strengthen its competitive performance over others in this rapidly changing
competitive environment.

In chapter one I have discussed about the introduction, background, objectives, methodology,
scope & limitation of the study. In chapter two, I have discussed about the literature reviews. In
chapter three I have discussed about the company profile, functions, organizational structure, and
mission, and vision, different department of services of Agrani Bank Limited. In chapter four I
have discussed the marketing strategies which are performed by Agrani Bank Ltd. In the last
chapter I find out some issues from my study and I also given my recommendations, and then
conclusion. The overall objective and mission of my research was to represent the Agrani Bank
Limited and to have a clear conception about all the essential parts of the internship program.
I hope this report, despite its many limitations, will be a gateway to have a clear concept about
marketing strategies of Agrani Bank Limited.
