Tribunal. 31. (1) I f in [he case of any dispule belween rhe Univcrsi~yand any

in a disciplinary malter shall be disposed of in the manner prescribed

(3) The Tribunal may call lor any record, repon or other information
rrom the Universily if, in its opinion, such record, reporl or athcr
inrorrnution is necessary for efficient discharge of -its iunclions, and thc
Univcrsi~yshall furnish such record, report or other infonnation to h e
Tribunal.
