Job Context
Responsible for continuously monitor and control the running projects.
Along with that participate in preparing Business Requirement
Document, System Requirement Specification Documents and also
practice the End to End Testing Process. This position is highly
responsible for monitoring, control, evaluate and implement
Technology projects and process and establish a process centric
culture.

Job Responsibilities
Monitor and Control different IT Projects.

Ensure coordination with all departments to achieve company goals.

Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant

stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

Tracking and reviewing project team's performance by conducting

periodic review for all the areas and ensure they adhere to the delivery
schedule and other objectives.

Develop and Review Technical document /Artifacts (Requirement,

High level Design, Low Level Design, Operation Manual etc.) provided
by the technical team

Ensuring Customer satisfaction and handling client communication.

Skills Required: Change Management, Interpersonal Communication

Experience Requirements
2 to 3 year(s)

The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

Desing, Quality Assurance/ Quality Control, Software Development,
Software Implementation, System Analyst, Technical Documentation

Additional Requirements
Experience in Software Development, Design ,Testing , technical
coordination and Project Coordination.

Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts , schedules and step by step

action plans.

Excellent understanding of process management, improvement

practices, change management and service operations.

Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time

management .

Experience in Risk Management and Quality Management (Quality

Control and Assurance )

Experience in managing multiple clients .

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Ready to perform any ad-hoc activities related to the project .

Should be capable to work under pressure as an individual or in team .

Good Communication skills and Open to learn new technologies.
