SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN THESE PRESENTS:

That I, SEAN O’HAGAN, of legal age, Australian citizen, married, and with residence and
postal address at 152 Guttierrez St. Sunset Valley Homes, Angeles City, Pampanga , have named,
constituted, and appointed, and by these presents, do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE, and APPOINT
RICA RAMOS-O’HAGAN, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married, and with residence and postal
address at 95 Vivencio St. Daet, Camarines Norte,to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, for me and
in my name, place, and stead, to do and perform the following acts and things to wit:

To transact with the Bureau of Immigration and all other government offices of
the Republic of the Philippines for the purpose of downgrading my visa to a tourist visa;

To sign, execute, receive and/or deliver documents in my behalf and perform all
other acts necessary to carry out the said purpose.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-Fact full power and
authority whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be done in and about the premises as fully to all
intents and purposes as I might and could lawfully do if personally present and hereby ratifying and
confirming all that my said Attorney-in-Fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done under and by virtue
of these presents.
