Introduction
The segment allocated to me is Business-to-Business (B2B) and the website I
have taken for analysis is www.BizWiz.com

Business-to-business (B2B) describes commerce transactions between businesses, such as

between a manufacturer and a wholesaler, or between a wholesaler and a retailer. The volume
of transactions of B2B segment is much higher than B2C segment because a typical supply
chain consists of many B2B transaction and only one B2C transaction that involves the sale
of finished product to the end user. Taking the example of any Steel manufacturing
industry ,which engages in many B2B transactions while buying material for making of steel
whereas only one B2C transaction when it finally sells to the consumer.

BizWiz, Internet's Biggest Business arrangement merging an Open Marketplace System along
with an Extranet Portal Service.

BizWiz.com is the ultimate Open,One Stop,Business and commercial system providing array
of services with an additional extranet portal service which combines a wide variety of
eServices & eCommerce support for compnaies. .

BizWiz.com provides a business environment which is highly interactive in nature & also
connects business to business. It presents all that a company or a business needs through a
common platform. The feed at one side are the participating company members .BizWiz.com
facilitates business to business commerce by providing services that assists collaboration
,workflow, & transaction support across 186 industries all over world.

Some of the priced services are restricted to the participating member company who have a
valid user name & password, whereas some areas are open so that maximum benefit can be
expanded to the member companies.

BizWiz helps in guiding & organizing information in such a way that the companies can use
internet productively. BizWiz can definitely serve as the catalyst for the growth of the
company if utilized as a doing tool rather than planning tool.

One of the main advantage of BizWiz is that it operates on a common platform with no need
for an application software. Services are maintained through a control panel that can be
customized according to the user & company.It helps professionals, executive achieve goals

might be in dire need of capital and someone sitting on lazy Susan might be having excess
