I am JOEY D. REVILLA, of legal age, married, resident of 32 Pilapil St. Plainview Subdivision,
Mandaluyong City.

2. What is your Job?

I am the City Engineer of Mandaluyong City.

3. What is your relation to the complainant?

My boss.

4. On December 23rd at around 1pm, what were you doing?

I attended the Christmas Party of the City Hall Employees.

5. Was the Mayor present at that event?

Yes.

6. What is she doing?

Delivering her speech infront of the city hall employees.

7. Were there lots of employees present when you were delivering your speech?

Yes.

8. Was there anything unusual happened during the speech of the Mayor?

The City Treasurer shouted.

9. What did she shouted?

”HAY GRABE!!! ANG KAPAL NG MUKHA, ANAK NG BUWAYA! KALA MO KUNG SINONG
MAGALING NA MAYOR, AKALA MO SINONG MATINO AT TAPAT SA MGA TAO, SUPER CORRUPT NAMAN!
AS IN!! TIGNAN MO ANG ITSURA, CORRUPT NA CORRUPT, BOOO! ALIS NA! MAGNANAKAW KA!!
MAGNANAKAW!”

None.

11. How did you know that she shouted?

Her voice echoed all over the City Hall.

11. How did you know that it was the City Treasurer who shouted?

I know her because we are both employees of the City Hall.

Rosalinda Ramos.
