 GENERAL CLARIFICATION
Validity
Our proposal remains valid for period of 30 days and excludes PPN taxes

Term and Conditions of Contract

Should our proposal offer be acceptable, we would wish to enter into a mutually agreed
contract.

Progress Payments
Our tender submission has been based upon progress payments as detailed below:
• 100% Advance payment to be paid within 14 days of Award of contract of
receipt of a purchase order.

Delivery of Equipment/Material
Our offer is based on materials / equipment delivere

Delivery Time
Delivery time for equipments is approximately 8-10 weeks from receipt of official
purchase order, advance payment and confirmed on the basis that :
(i) Engineering information, technical details and commercial aspect are
completely clarified at time of order.
(ii) Your approval is considered as official release to manufacture the equipment
and to procure associated material and components.
(iii) No significance changes other than ones informed at receipt of official release
shall be applied when manufacturing of equipment and procurement of components
have proceeded.
(iv) Any changes, modification, or others beyond the stated conditions above may
affect delivery time and equipment price.
(v) No material will be ordered prior to drawing and engineering approval being
completed and received of advance payment. All schedules for delivery are based upon
the overall final approval date as the start date of delivery schedule.
(vi) Any changes to the scope of supply will be charged for at the unit rates
indicated, provided these charges is agreed by both parties as a variation order. Deletion
of equipment after the goods are ordered is not allowed. If variations to the supply
scope require re-engineering and re-drawing, charges will be applied using the agreed
day rates for this services.
(vii) Any changes orders must be agreed to by both parties, be in writing, and be
signed before work conducted and paid. The change order shall include a description of
the change in work scope, the reason for the change, the change in schedule, the change
in cost, etc.

The final complete Purchase Order Terms can be discussed in detailed at the time of
acceptance, should TIGRIS FIRE SAFETY be nominated for this scope of work.

Scope of Works
The scope of work is supply only for the material described.

Safety
We have not allowed for any cost arising out of any safety procedures to be
implemented by the client. However, we will conduct our works within TFS standard
safety regulations.

Warranty
We guarantee for manufacture fault of equipment to be 12 (twelve) months from date
of issue/receipt. If any spare parts required to replacement during the warranty time, our
warranty will not be extended. We cannot be responsible for careless or incorrect
installation by others.
Our warranty coverage for Electrical/Electronic Equipment is non inclusive against
Lightning Strikes/Surges, unless the equipment is protected by our recommended
lightning surge protection devices. Damages to any parts caused by lightning Surges
will not be covered under this warranty.

Fees to Public Authorities

We have made no allowance for any fees to public or local authorities, such as
connection fees and or any bond that may be applicable. We would required that the
client to make application and pay fees.

Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)

Our offer excludes any costs associated with any Factory Acceptance Test
Requirements.
