 TERMS & CONDITIONS
* The contest is applicable for all Life Advisors & AP (Self Code) of APC Channel
* Login period for the contest is 4th October 2019 till 31st December 2019; Conversion till 10th January 2020
• APE inclusive of GST shall be considered for the contest.
• All Regular PAR Plans will carry 100% and Non PAR Plans will carry 100% weightage
• All Regular ULIP Policies will carry 37.5% weightage.
• All Single Premium Plans (Traditional & ULIP) will carry 10% weightage in the contest.
• All Regular Traditional policies where Premium Paying Term is greater than or equal to 10 years only will be
considered.
• All Regular ULIP policies with Premium Paying term greater than or equal to 5 years and Policy term greater than or
equal to 10 years only will be considered.
• All Traditional Policies with case size of Rs. 48000 or more will be eligible for credit in the contest if the following
conditions are met: Premium Paying Term (PPT) is >= 7 years & < 10 years AND Policy Term (PT) IS 14 years & more
• All cases with APE above Rs 25,000 will be verified in respect of premium payment term and premium amount from

HO by tele-calling the customer.
• Surrender & Re-login Cases will not be considered in the contest
• Data as per Life Asia will be considered for the contest.
• Cheque bounce cases if resubmitted and converted before the conversion cut off date will be considered.
• Only In force policies at the time of running final results will be considered for the contest

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Any business already logged in / converted earlier than the scheme period, if cancelled & re-logged will not be
considered, Kotak Life Insurance's decision in this regard will be final.
• The prizes are not en-cashable & non-transferable
• Under no circumstance shall any person be eligible for more than one prize.
• All prizes will be given out as per status after free look period.
• No request for substitution in the prizes will be entertained. Alternatively a qualifier may opt for reward points which
can be redeemed through L.A Portal
• All the vehicles (Car/Bike etc) will be given on Delhi Ex-Showroom price or Budgeted Price whichever is lower. All
taxes and other levies including registration fees, insurance etc. shall be borne by the winner.
• All prizes are subject to availability. In case of non-availability of the prize, it will be substituted with a similar prize.
• Non-compliance of ethics & compliance guidelines will lead to disqualification.
• All local taxes (octroi, insurance, registration, entry tax, etc.) to be borne by the winner.
• All benefits are subject to withholding taxes as applicable under the Income Tax Act, 1961.

• This is an internal scheme offered to the Life Advisors & Associates on sole discretion of Kotak Life Insurance, any
terms conditions & issues related to the scheme cannot be questioned outside the Company.
• In all cases Kotak Life Insurance’s decision would be final and binding.
• Application, interpretation or modification of any of the terms & condition including Contest Logins & Conversions
Extension will be as per the decision of Head of Distribution.
