ABSTRACT-

Creativity and innovation are the subjects for urgent concerns at the highest level for
any developing countries. There are a lot of creative fields emerging, which don’t
have a platform to come together to create awareness, showcase the rich culture ,
which is somewhere lost in the past and lacking its presence these days!
Using architecture as a catalyst for social and economical change.
Spaces and experiences that inspire creativity and thus leading to self growth.
A place where people will come, share and learn from each others activities.
It is going to be a platform for people and by people.
A place where different creative fields artists will come up together to research and
learn new skills with interaction and collaboration being the main tools.
Mixing the educational centre with attracting public towards this approach to create
awareness and upliftment of these fields through showcase of their talents and hands
on workshops. And different activities.
Keeping this interest of public and attracting them through commercial fringe acting
as a magnet.
Creating collaborative environment between industry and academics through a joint.
