Dear Ma’am/Sir:

A pleasant day to you!

I am Virginia Macapayad Songcal, a graduating Senior High student from Southern Maramag Colleges,
taking up General Education Strand. We are now taking our On the Job Training/Work Immersion this
latter part of the semester which will serve as a requirement in our school for graduation. In line with
this, I am here to apply as a student volunteer in your company.

I enjoy working with other people as well as meeting new companions. I like to communicate with
my mates and adore company. I am also a quick learner. I pay attention to what I am being told and
try my best to achieve the goal I set to finish. I am also computer literate. I can encode and make
powerpoint presentation well. I am able to work under pressure and know how to manage my time.
Now, I am looking for a company which can help me hone my skills and acquire more abilities and
awareness for future purposes.

I believe that the knowledge, skills, values and attitude that I possess can contribute something
worthwhile to your hospital while at the same time this exposure will be a learning experience for me
as I plan to be a doctor in the future.
