IMPROVING CD4 (CELL-T) HIV PATIENTS

Abstraksi

This study examines the effects of ingredient content in Nature Formula Extor on HIV sufferers.
The purpose of this study is to find out how effective the Nature Formula Extor is helping
patients to recover. The data collection process was carried out by taking the results of the
laboratory examination of respondents using Nature formula extor respondents for 60 days.
before and after consumption of the Nature extor formula is checked at a commercial standard
laboratory. Laboratory results before and after consumption of the Nature formula extor were
transcribed and then analyzed. The results of the analysis showed that Nature's extor formula
helped increase CD4 counts of HIV patients. The average increase in CD4 is 187 with a
percentage of 105.5%. This increase occurs after regular consumption of 60 days, and results in
each patient vary depending on the endurance (iminuta) of the body, lifestyle, and compliance
with formula consumption.

PRELIMINARY

Background HIV cases were first reported in Indonesia in 1987. Until 2012, HIV / AIDS cases have
spread to 345 of 497 (69.4%) districts / cities in all provinces of Indonesia. The number of new HIV cases
each year has reached around 20,000 cases. In 2012 there were 21,511 new cases, of which 57.1% were
aged 20-39 years. The highest source of transmission (58.7%) occurs through unsafe sexual intercourse
in heterosexual couples. In 2012 the largest AIDS case was recorded in the group of housewives (18.1%)
who, if pregnant, had the potential to transmit HIV infection to their babies. In 2012 also, of 43,624
pregnant women who carried out HIV testing and counseling there were 1,329 (3.05%) mothers with HIV
infection.

Understanding HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) is a RNA retrovirus that specifically attacks the
human immune system. Decreased immune system in people infected with HIV facilitates various
infections, which can cause AIDS.

Most people infected with HIV will progress to AIDS if they are not given antiretroviral (ARV) treatment.
The speed of change from HIV infection to AIDS depends largely on the type and virulence of the virus,
nutritional status and mode of transmission. Thus HIV infection can be divided into 3 types, namely: i)
rapid progressor, lasting 2-5 years; ii) average progressor, lasting 7-15 years; and iii) slow progressors,
more than 15 years.

Leukocytes are the main immune cells, in addition to plasma cells, macrophages and mast cells.
Lymphocyte cells are a type of leukocytes (white blood cells) in the blood and lymph tissue. There are two
types of lymphocytes, namely B lymphocytes, which are processed in the omental bursa, and T
lymphocytes, which are processed in the thymus gland. B lymphocytes are lymphocytes that play an
important role in the humoral immune response through activation of humoral immune production,
namely antibodies in the form of immunoglobulins (Ig G, IgA, Ig M, Ig D and Ig E). T lymphocytes play
an important role in the cellular immune response, namely through its ability to recognize pathogenic
germs and activate other cellular immunity, such as phagocytes and B lymphocytes and natural killer
cells (phagocytes, etc.). T lymphocytes function to destroy cells infected with pathogenic germs. T
lymphocytes have the ability to memory, evolution, activation and rapid replication, and are cytotoxic to
antigens to maintain immunity.
CD (cluster of differentiation) is a receptor that "attaches" the virus to the walls of the T lymphocyte. In
HIV infection, the virus can attach to the CD4 receptor with the help of CCR4 and CXCR5 receptors.
CD4 T lymphocytes (or abbreviated as CD4), is a clue to the level of damage to the immune system due to
rupture / damage of T lymphocytes in HIV infection. The normal CD4 value is around 8,000-15,000 cells
/ ml; if the number drops dramatically, it means that the body's immunity is very low, thus allowing the
development of opportunistic infections.

WORK MECHANISM

The essential amino acid content in Nature Formula Extor works to regenerate cells, repair cell
DNA, and enhance the body's immunity against viruses and bacteria.

Indicators of increasing immunity for people with HIV are CD4 (T cells). Nature Extor's formula
contains antibiotics, anti-inflammatory which acts to reduce and kill viruses, pathogenic
bacteria and fungi that invade the body. Thus reducing and preventing HIV sufferers from
becoming AIDS.

In it also contains flavonoids, alkaloids, will neutralize free radicals that are in the blood. Free
radicals (poisons) will cause damage to T cells and other cells. Later it will be discharged
through urine as a result of the body's metabolism.

DISCUSSION

Respondent data analyzed showed that there was a significant increase in CD4 cell count after
60 days of consumption, with a dose of 2 capsules twice a day. The lowest increase was 19.65%
and the highest increase was 273%.

Different human metabolism, healthy lifestyles, and consistency in consumption of Nature

Formula Extor will influence different CD4 cell counts. If you consume Nature formula extor
according to the recommendations, a healthy lifestyle is carried out, then your body's
metabolism is good. Then there is a very high increase in CD4. But if the opposite is the case, the
increase in CD4 will be lower.

CONCLUSION

With the consumption of Nature Formula Extor for 60 days there will be an increase in CD4. So
that an increase in endurance against viruses that enter the body, including the HIV virus. In the
long run if consumed there will be no increase from HIV to AIDS.

In the long run also if consumed continuously the amount of HIV virus in the patient's blood will
decrease and may just be negative. But this requires further research.
