with the Immigration Court

and Government Attorneys
In this guide, we will review step-by-step how to prepare the forms you
need to change your address with the Immigration Court and
Government Attorneys (Office of Chief Counsel (OCC).

A blank copy of these forms is included in this packet.

DO NOT mail your forms to us (NIJC) or to the center where you were
detained. You must mail your forms to both the Immigration Court and
Government Attorneys (OCC) where you have your next court date.
