siswa untuk diselesaikan, masalah tersebut dirasakan dapat diselesaikan
oleh guru, skalanya kecil dan terbatas.
Masalah yang mendesak bagi guru yaitu untuk menemukan solusi
penyelsaian masalah yaitu minimnya ketrampilan berbicara dan menulis dalam
bahasa inggris
