Guest Services Executive

We are seeking dynamic FEMALE individuals to join our team as Guest Services Executives, who will be
entrusted to oversee and manage the Guest Services Operation of Samann Grand one of the hotels
under Samann umbrella.

Responsibilities
The new member will be tasked to develop, liaise and oversee the functions and activities related to Guest
Services and ensure that a flawless, upscale, professional and high-class service is accorded to Guests
on a consistent manner while being responsible for analyzing Guest feedback and providing strategic
direction to continuously improve overall rating of the Hotel.

Requirements
Must be sociable, friendly, energetic and vibrant. Must demonstrate a high degree of tolerance and
adaptability to different personalities and characters from a spectrum of nationalities. Must also have the
capacity to independently handle all dealings with high-end executives on a regular basis.

Experience
Minimum 2-years experiences in a similar field.

Qualification
Should be a Graduate in Hospitality Management.

Remuneration
A competitive remuneration package will be accorded based on experience and qualification.
