PENGARUH KELENGKAPAN PENGISIAN INFORMED CONSENT
TINDAKAN BEDAH PASIEN RAWAT INAP TERHADAP MUTU
REKAM MEDIS DI RUMAH SAKIT AL ISLAM BANDUNG

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kelengkapan
pengisian informed consent tindakan bedah pasien rawat inap terhadap mutu
rekam medis di Rumah Sakit Al Islam Bandung.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan
pendekatan deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara penyebaran
kuesioner, observasi dan wawancara serta dilengkapi dengan kajian pustakan yang
memiliki relevansi yang erat dengan permasalahan. Teknik pengambilan sampel
menggunakan teknik simple random sampling untuk variable X (Kelengkapan
Pengisian Informed Consent Tindakan bedah), sedangkan untuk variable Y (Mutu
Rekam Medis) penulis menggunakan teknik sampling purposive sampling dengan
jumlah responden sebanyak 12 petugas rekam medis.
Dari hasil penelitian, diperoleh pengaruh kelengkapan pengisian informed
consent tindakan bedah pasien rawat inap terhadap mutu rekam medis 71,8%
dengan permasalahan yang timbul antara lain : 1) Masih cukup tingginya angka
ketidak lengkapan pengisian informed consent tindakan bedah pasien rawat inap,
2) Kualitas Mutu Rekam medisnya belum dapat dikatakan bermutu.
Adapun saran yang diberikan untuk memperbaiki permasalahan tersebut
adalah 1) Melakukan sosialisasi berkala tentang Juknis pengisian rekam medis
kepada tenaga medis yang berwenang mengisi rekam medis 2) Menyarankan agar
memberlakukan sistem reward and punishment untuk para tenaga medis yang
berwenang mengisi rekam medis agar memotivasi mereka agar mengisi rekam
medis secara lengkap dan akurat.
Kata kunci : Kelengkapan pengisian, Informed Consent dan Mutu Rekam Medis

This research aims to determine the effect of completeness of inpatient

informed consent surgical procedure to the quality of medical records at Rumah
Sakit Al Islam Bandung.
The research method used is quantitative method with descriptive
approach, with data collection technique that by distributing questionnaires,
observation and interview and completed with literature study wich has a close
relevance to the problem. The sampling technique used simple random sampling
with the number of respondents 12 medical record officer.
PERBAIKI SAMPLINGFrom the result of research, it can be concluded
that the effect of completion of discharge summary to the quality of medical
record is 71,8% , with the problems that arise among others : 1) There is still a
high level of incompleteness in filling out informed consent for inpatient surgical
procedures, 2) The quality of the medical record can’t be said to be of high
quality.
The advice given to fix the problems is 1) Periodic socialization of technical
guidelines for filling in medical records with medical personnel who are
authorized to fill out medical records 2) Suggests that a reward and punishment
system be applied for medical personnel who are authorized to fill out medical
records in order to motivate them to complete medical records completely and
accurately.
